Topical Anesthetic: Ask your pharmacist for substitute topical anesthetics intended to be used intraorally. You did not specify why you need something like orajel in the first place. Discuss this with your dentist first!

Numerous: There are a numbe of topical anesthetics available otc for gum irritation or numbing of mouth ulcers. Ask your pharmacist. Know that none of them cure a toothache, abscess, infection. Please check w your dentist.
