I need to know if there is a permanent cure for aneurysm?

Yes: Depends on location. Abdominal aortic aneurysms can be surgically cured by replacing the aorta with hemashield or goretex tube grafts or even cadaver homografts. Recently, insertion of a goretex covered endovascular stent has become popular however, with those there is a 3%rupture rate over 5 years for abdominal aortic aneurysms. That is why they require scheduled ctangio follow ups for life.

Surgery: Remove it, and it is gone. If another one develops, it will be in another location.

No: There's no cure for an aneurysm that is to say that the underlying disease pathology that led to the development of an aneurysm is always there however not all and yours need to be treated with surgery and some can be managed and followed closely with control the blood pressure and cholesterol medicine.
