Learn to love them: Unless they hurt there is no good solution for your feet being large. If they ar flat mn orthotics can keep. Surgery is reserved for painful flatfeet. Success rate for cosmetic foot surgery is much lower then that for a symptomatic flatfoot. Shoes hide a ugly pain free foot. But a little chronic swelling, numbness, stiffness etc. May result

Hate feet: There is no way to change them. If you cannot accept them perhaps counseling is in order.
