A spot on my upper inner arch of my foot hurts sometimes other times not when it does hurt i can t push on it or the pain gets worse and i hate walking on it what could this be?

Plantar fascitiis: Try taking a water bottle (8oz) and place in freezer and then while sitting role your foot on it. See if that offers some relief. I would wear an arch support as well. If pain persists see the foot doc.

Sounds like: Plantar fasciitis, a strained arch. Try more supportive footwear, stretching exercises, ice and massage on area. If problem continues or if swelling develops, see a podiatrist.
