You can't: It takes months for dried blood under the nail to grow out. Why are you getting bruises? Are you on blood thinners? Wear high heel shoes?

Bruises: Agreed - see your podiatrist to get to the cause if this is recurring. If it is isolated . It will just take time to grow out as the blood form the bruise stains the nail. If it is painful see your podiatrist asap - the accumulation of blood can actually cut the circulation off in that area of the toe.
