Interested to know how does a smoker die from "lung cancer"?

Very sad.: Usually an overwhelming pneumonia. The person becomes very short of breath. Usually bed ridden, pneumonia and respiratory failure. Other patients may have a brain metastasis that bleeds or grows too much, other times it spreads to the spine, the liver. If the liver metastasis grow liver failure may occur. Sometimes tumor grows to esophagus obstructs and aspiration. Pulmonary emboli, heart attack.
