Diet: If formula fed, then switch to a lactose free formula or soy based formula. If on solids, give rice cereal, bananas and applesauce to thicken the stools. Keep this up for 2-3 days and then slowly advance the diet by adding in the normal diet. That should help. If not, then see the doctor for help.
