Need More Informatio: We will love to help you but I don't understand the question.You say you have an open and enlarged pore on nose.Do you mean it is a lesion,does it have any drainage,is the skin surrounding it red.It may be a insect bite or some kind of infection.I suggest you get it checked by your doctor
