If symptomatic, yes: It may be closely related to a flat arch, pain in the area, etc. May do better with orthotics and/ or surgical correction.

Navicular : An enlarged navicular usually puts pressure on the posterior tendon and causes pain . There can also be an accessory bone there helping cause the pain. See your podiatrist - orthotics help a lot . Sometimes surgery is needed for relief.
