Yes: Leprosy can be effectively treated with dapson, rifampicin or clofazimine. However, Lepers remain outcasts & often there little to no money in poor countries to treat Leprosy. A leprosy vaccine is in development (Leprovac). BCG has been used as a vaccine for Leprosy but is not highly effective.
