Not necessarily.: Some frames work better than others with wide noses. Contacts can be used as well, as can refractive surgery. Discuss your options with an optometrist or ophthalmologist. Know the risks and benefits of all your choices and then decide. If surgery appears reasonable, get two opinions from both another eye surgeon and a non-surgeon eye specialist about it. Good luck!
