Not typically though: There are viral syndromes that can be associated with flu like illness or prodrome (occurs before) that can result in nerve and muscle issue however these are severe issues such as guillian- barre , if you had that you'd likely have symptoms that exceed some tingling or numbness, illnesses such as flu can highlight other issues such as a metabolic or endocrine or any systemic process.
