Not necessarily: Always is a rather broad term and a hard standard to fit.The Down syndrome pattern usually involves a broadening and flattening of the midface and the nose does not grow forward as much as that in the non down population. The skull also tends to be more box like than oblong.

It's not a concern it's just a question I've always wanted to ask and never have. I have very soft squishy nose that I can push down completely flat without it hurting. why am I able to do that?
