Can it be possible for you to get birth marks later in life?

Word games: Many skin blemishes or marks that are considered birthmarks are just under the skin at birth and are not evident for a for month a month or more. The strawberry marks are a good example. However other pigmentary or other changes that can come up in life are not. A simple rule, if not evident within a month or 2 from birth, it should carry a different label.
