Yes: A random blood sugar of 200 or more diagnoses diabetes. A 177 is at the very least pre-diabetes very close to full diagnosis. We know that there can be the known consequences [changes in the body] of diabetes even before diagnosis criteria satisfied. First and foremost is the be evaluated medically.
