Not uncommon: Sensory processing issues commonly occur in the autism spectrum disorders, so much so the these problems are now included in the criteria for diagnosis. Visual/ spatial problems can be a form of a sensory processing issue. Get a good evaluation and see an occupational therapist trained in sensory processing conditions.
