Can there be some other kind of treatment for valsalvas aneurism than surgical procedure?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: That is a structural deformity of the aortic wall on its origin. It is a surgical disease. Surgical repair is curative and the standard of care. If left untreated usually fatal as it may rupture into the pericardium and cause sudden death by cardiac tamponade. It may also rupture into the right atrium creating an aorto-right atrial fistula or to right ventricle aorto-rv fistula ;highoutput failure.
