Several: Curative tx for nsclc is surgical. Stage 1-surgical resection 70%5yr survival stage 2- surgical resection 30-35% 5 yr survival stage3 chemo/rtx/surgical combo approx.1- 3-% 5 yr surv. Stage 4 chemo/radiotx 0-.5%5yr surv.
