Can it be possible that the cure for cancer has already been found?

Yes and no: There is no "cure for cancer" because cancer is not a disease but a bagful of many conditions with different origins, treatment, and prognosis. Some cancers can be cured with surgery (early breast or colon), radiation (lymphoma), or chemo (lymphoma, testicular). Chances also depend on how advanced it is (stage).
