It is treatable: There are non-invasive, minimally invasive, and completely surgical ways to treat this - all depends on what other factors are in the picture. Smoking 1st and 2nd hand should be eliminated if present in your case.

See ortho: Non union fractures are usually hard to treat. If asymptomatic some ortho may leave it alone. With symptoms the doctor will discuss options.
