This could be a sign: That you may have herniated a disc in the lower back. The neurologic or nerve symptoms you describe can occur from a pinched nerve without experiencing any back or leg pain. If it persists or worsens see a doctor but stop weight lifting for now until symptoms fully clear. You may have to modify your routine to minimize this from happening again.
