See your doctor: The first thing is to rule out an infection. This can be done with a blood test and a fluid draw from your knee. If this is negative then you may need a further work up including a bone scan, possible ct scan, possible metal sensitivity testing. A thorough physical exam should be done as you can have referred pain to the knee from somewhere else.
