What to do if i accidentally used terramycin ophthalmic ointment in my eye?

Nothing: Nothing unless you are allergic to it. You can use artificial tears to rinse and lubricate. If the eye becomes swollen or any other systemic side affects appear then see er or doctor immediately. Most likely will cause no harm or do nothing except possibly cause blurred vision until it washes away.
