Force yourself: You MUST learn to walk away from a situation in which you feel you may hurt someone, or be hurt yourself. Sleep will end any rage. Different people learn different methods of anger management. Prayer helps me. Reflect that only the strong can forgive. Talk to someone. Consider a course in anger management. If you're not in control here, you may well be unemployable in today's world.
