Memory: There could be various reasons for your memory and poor concentration, poor diet, lack of sleep, little exercise, stress and possible medical causes. Consult with your doctor to rule out medical issues, if cleared consult a mental health professional who can help you uncover the source and also help you devise a plan to improve your focus and memory. Best.
