Can you tell me anything about sleep disorders or parasomnias?

Big topic: You asked a very broad topic. Generally sleep disorders are disorders that affect sleep and parasomnias are things that occur during sleep that are typically only occurring during the wake (sex, eating, walk, talk, etc). Both can be caused and effected by lots of things. Check out american academy of sleep medicine (http://yoursleep.Aasmnet.Org) which has nice list of lots of disorders and info.

Parasomnias: Parasomnias include anything that is an abnormality of sleep and includes nightmares, sleepwalking, sleep terrors, nighttime enuresis and others. I recommend you see a Psychologist or Physician expert in sleep disorders for a good assessment and treatment plan.
