Stop grinding :): First i recommend a massage. That can loosen up those muscles. Warm moist heat can help too. Second i recommend evaluation for an anti-grinding night guard. There is no cure for grinding, but we can help reduce the negative effects, both muscular and on your teeth. Odds are that if your head muscles hurt you are damaging your teeth as well.

See your dentist: Teeth grinding MAY be a subconscious release of daily tension. Try reducing stress, especially before bed (don't watch TV news as that is stressful). This may work or you may need a mouth guard to reduce stress. Some dentists have a Biolase Epic diode laser (not painful) which has a pain therapy mode which has been shown to be quite helpful.
