Blunt trauma: Blunt trauma is notorious for delayed diagnosis. Meaning initially the patient looks fine, the er tests are negative and the patient is okay. Persistent pain, like you describe should be evaluated. Okay to check in with your doc. A ct scan abd, chest, pelvis will help with finding fluid collections, bone fractures, other diagnosis originally not made. Take friend with you. Be well.
