Fractional: Ablative laser might be your best bet. Get a good consultation which should be free from someone who does a lot of them.

Consider laser : Follicular macular atrophy is a type of scarring, and most scars respond to either fractional ablative laser treatments or to a series of non-ablative laser treatments as both will cause some collagen remodeling. Any of these can also be done with excision, meaning the scar is actually surgically removed.
