Maybe Nov 28-29?: Typically it takes 14 days from time of ovulation to start of period. So, often ladies would check a hpt after missing period for couple of days. If a sexual encounter resulted in pregnancy--typically 2-3 days after intercourse, sperm may meet the egg and fertilization occurs (conception) and usually 2+ wks later hpt can turn positive. So, my guess is 2-3 days after 11/26 episode. Good luck.

Most likely from Nov: Fertilization from sex on dec 5 will be too early to show up on pregnancy test. Good luck.

Need to confirm: You need to get a pregnancy test through your doctor to confirm that you are pregnant first. This can be with urine or blood specimen. Regarding conception, either dec. 5 or 12 could be the conception date depending on when your last period ended. You ovulate and can conceive about 2 weeks after your period starts, during the following menstrual cycle, plus/minus a day or two.
