Menstrual: Irregularities are not uncommon. One cause is anovulatory cycles, which may be the issue in your case. If you did the pregnancy test 4-5 days after the missed period and it was negative then you may wait it out for one more period. If you miss two periods, it would be useful to see your doctor.
