Call your OB now: Regular cramps, particularly if lasting 2-5 minutes are no longer called that...They are called contractions, and you could be entering labor (preterm or otherwise). If can't reach OB quickly for advice, get taken to your planned labor ; delivery (unless far away, then close er) for evaluation with fhr and toco monitor.
