Likely to worsen: Research shows that 2 main groups of foods often aggravate acne- dairy and foods that raise our blood sugar (high glycemic foods). Apple juice has a lot of sugar and thus would tend to aggravate acne. Minimizing sugars, grains, sodas and juices has been shown to improve acne.
