Please Clarify: Once one has been treated for chlamydia with zithromax and 48 hours have gone by they are no longer contagious. I do not see why you would be worried, you retook the medication. He must now also retake the medication and you must be apart for another 48 hours. But, chlamydia can be treated effectively with zithromax.
