Can you clarify?: Many young men get groups of pimples where they have pubic hair. They're not herpes, syphilis, or any other sexually transmitted disease. Try warm compresses; usually no other treatment is needed. If you have acne elsewhere, get appropriate medications for it.

Herpes: Herpes not described nor does it look like puss bumps. This is not herpes. Folliculitis, a bacterial infection, yes. But not herpes.
