Cervical status is: Not reliable for predicting pregnancy. If you miss your period tomorrow then would encourage you to take a home pregnancy test. Early pregnancy tests can be taken even earlier.

Can I be pregnant?: The anatomy of the cervix is not in any way used as a diagnosis for possible pregnancy. That is about all we can offer you here other than to remind you that if you feel you could be pregnant and the period does not start then after it is missed it is time to do a pregnancy test. If you want more advice now, we would need an ovulatory, menstrual and sexual history from you.
