Consult a doctor: Abdominal pain can be due to various causes you need to consult a physician for workup and treatment. As you mentioned relation to the meals it can be due to peptic ulcer disease or gall stones but it needs physical examination and workup my physician to come up with an accurate diagnosis.

Gall bladder: If the pain is worse with fatty food, it could be gall bladder problem . You should have an ultra sound if that is negative , decida scan with ejection fraction.
