Yes, real: Cystocele is the term for bladder pushing into vagina. Basically, this is a type of hernia, the wall between the bladder and vagina has weakness and can no longer hold the bladder in place. It usually becomes more problematic with time. Options are wait and see, wear a pessary, or have surgery to correct.
