Hard to say: You should see your doctor for an exam. A light green discharge could indicate several different types of infections, and so testing should be done for bacterial vaginosis, as well as ureaplasma, and for stds including trichomoniasis, chlamydia, and gonorrhea. An exam and testing is the only way to find out what is happening and to get correct treatment.
