Probably normal: Retrograde ejaculation is common after prostatectomy. Semen goes backwards into bladder. Small amount of blood after ejaculation post prostatectomy is common ; should settle down soon. However, best to discuss with your urologist. Drs ; surgeons have an obligation to take care of ; explain any consequences of treatments they have initiated at no cost.
