I need to know when you do hookah, what is it that you breathe in?

Smoke: Hookah is not a benign thing. It is tobacco mixed with other things that make it seem harmless but you are smoking and probably taking in more than if you were smoking a cigarette. My advise is to not start- smoking is not cool Good Luck
