Could you tell me what to expect at eating disorder support group?

Support groups: Make it clear that confidentiality is expected of all participants. Everyone there shares the fact that they have an eating disorder and speak about the issues they are struggling with. They offer suggestions if you want them to. They encourage you to get a sponsor to help you outside meetings if you have trouble controlling your eatin habits.
