Too broad a question: We are limited to 300 characters or so,which is not enough time to be detailed. It depends on why you are getting the examination. The doctor should take a history and then do the appropriate examination, which can include heart, breasts, lungs, skin, etc., as well as a pelvic exam using a speculum, a manual exam to feel the size of the uterus and ovaries, and sometimes a rectal exam.
