Treat it: Vitamin d is claimed to do so many things it's hard to know which symptoms is caused by vitamin d deficiency. The best thing to do is treat it with a supplement to get it back to the normal range. Once it's normal, whatever remaining symptoms are then caused by something else and not the low vit d. (process of elimination).
