Desoxyn (methamphetamine) is an: Amphetamine derivative called methamphetamine. Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is a mixture of 3 salts of Dextroamphetamine and 1 salt of levoamphetamine. Both Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) and Desoxyn are approved for tx of adhd and have the same basic effect and side effects. Desoxyn is thought to have a higher abuse potential, comes as 5 mg and is more expensive. Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) has numerous dosages. Best regards.
