See dentist: Try and keep the gingiva around the teeth clean. You can rinse with warm salt water. Wisdom teeth take a long time to erupt into position. You should see a dentist to have these teeth evaluated. You can also takes aspiring, tylenol, (acetaminophen) Ibuprofen or aleve for pain.
