Severe bleeding from rectum and several scans show no results. what is going on?

Scans?: You did not mention colonoscopy or upper endoscopy or any pain... Also did not mention any medications... If you are taking NSAID medications such as motrin, aspirin, aleve, (naproxen) etc then you could have an ulcer causing bleeding. If you have not had colonoscopy that should be done. Hemorrhoids can cause "severe" bleeding but that is rare.
