Maybe: If you had any recent surgery, are taking any anticoagulants, or have a history of bleeding ulcers, severe htn, or renal disease, no it is not safe. Generally, anti-inflammatory drugs are useful between doses of opioids , since they are treating inflammation at peripheral receptors. The combination may work better than opioid alone , if you are not in a high risk group.
