Drug withdrawal: As a general rule the worst should be over in 5 to 10 days. That does not mean that you are going to feel perfect or even well or not have cravings. Emotional upset can make the withdrawal worse. Many say it can take up to year to feel normal whatever that is. In short it is very individual. If possible you should talk to someone in addiction treatment.
