Symptoms of depression: Symptoms of depression include sadness, tearfulness, feeling hopeless hopeless worthless and guilty, fatigue, sleeping too much or too little, eating too much or too little, have a lack of motivation energy and concentration and being suicidal or homicidal. Symptoms of psychosis include hearing seeing feeling tasting or smelling things that are not there, feeling like the tv or radio are talking only about you, feeling like other people can read your thoughts or insert thoughts into your mind magically, hearing your own voice spoken aloud outside your head or feeling like you can magically project your thoughts into other peoples minds. Other psychotic symptoms would include paranoia and delusional grandiosity.
